When you walk around the streets you’ll see countless beggars panhandling for money, but have you ever wonder how much they are earning from begging? Most people (including me) wouldn’t think street beggars are making that much for a living. Besides, why would they spend their time on the street if they earn enough to take good care of themselves. We’ll let me introduce you to this man and be blown away by how much a beggar is earning.
This elderly man begs on the streets of Beijing everyday, but he is not complaining how hard his life is …
Well you would not really complain if you are earning enough, just like this old man who earns up to $1700 a month just from begging on the street.
Apparently the money he earns from begging has been good enough to pay for college education of three members of his family.
And even earn more than enough to build a two story house for his family.
Because he handles a lot of cash he became a regular at the post office …
Wherein he asked for help to some post office staff to help him count up his money every month.
As a sign of gratitude he gave them 100 Yuan tip for the help.

Now you are wondering how much money people begging on the streets really make. Honestly this old man earns more than I do and I’m pretty impressed by how successful he is. But what more impressed me are those generous people that let this man to have such good income. I can easily say that there are still good hearted people out there willing to help.
