Urdu Translation:
Muadh bin jabal Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne mera haath pakad kar farmaya Allah ki kasam main tumse muhabbat karta hu Eh Muadh,
aur main tumhey waseeyat karta hu ki har namaz ke baad is dua ko parhna na chorhna
Allahumma Ainni Ala Dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ibadatika
(Tarjumah : Ya Allah , meri madad kar tera zikr karney mein , aur tera shukar ada karney mein aur teri achchi ibadat karney mein)
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 1, 1509 ( Sahih)
Imam Nasai ne is hadith ko is tarah se rivayat kiya hai
Muadh bin jabal Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne mera haath pakad kar farmaya main tumse muhabbat karta hu Eh Muadh to mainey kaha ki main bhi Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se muhabbat karta hu to phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ye farmaya ki tum pabandi se har namaz mein ye dua maanga karo
Rabbi Ainni Ala Dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ibadatika
(Tarjumah : Ya Allah ,meri madad kar tera zikr karney mein , aur tera shukar ada karney mein aur teri achchi ibadat karney mein)
Sunan Nasai ,Vol 1,1306 ( Sahih)
English Translation:
It was narrated from Muadh bin Jabal Radi Allahu Anhu that he said The Messenger of Allah Peace took my hand and said: By Allah, I love you, Muadh. I give some instruction to you. Never leave to recite this supplication after every (prescribed) prayer:
Allahumma Ainni Ala Dhikrika wa Shukrika wa husni ibadatika
(Translation: O Allah, help me in remembering You, in giving You thanks, and worshipping You well.)
Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 8, Hadith 1517 (Sahih)
Imnam Nasai has narrated this hadith as below: It was narrated that Muadh bin Jabal Radi Allahu Anhu said The Messenger of Allah took my hand and said: I love you, O Muadh, I said: And I love you too O Messenger of Allah Then the Messenger of Allah said: Never forget to say in every prayer
Rabbi Ainni Ala Dhikrika wa Shukrika wa husni ibadatika
(My Lord, help me to remember You, give thanks to You and worship you well). Sunan Nasai ,Vol 2, 1304 (Sahih)
