حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف أخبرنا مالک عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم قال يضحک الله إلی رجلين يقتل أحدهما الآخر يدخلان الجنة يقاتل هذا في سبيل الله فيقتل ثم يتوب الله علی القاتل فيستشهد

صحیح بخاری:جلد دوم:حدیث نمبر 92    حدیث مرفوع  مکررات 7 متفق علیہ 4  

  عبداللہ بن یوسف، مالک ابوالزناد، اعرج، ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا، اللہ ان دو مردوں کے حال سے تعجب کرتا ہے ایک وہ جو دوسرے کو قتل کرتا ہے پھر وہ دونوں جنت میں جاتے ہیں ایک تو اس وجہ سے کہ خدا کی راہ میں لڑکے مقتول ہوجاتا ہے، پھر اللہ قاتل کو بھی توبہ نصیب کرتا ہے، تو وہ بھی اللہ تعالیٰ کی راہ میں شہید ہوتا ہے۔

Narrated Abu Huraira: 

Allah's Apostle said, "Allah welcomes two men with a smile; one of whom kills the other and both of them enter Paradise. One fights in Allah's Cause and gets killed. Later on Allah forgives the 'killer who also get martyred (In Allah's Cause)."`

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 2, Hadith 92

حدثنا محمد بن رافع حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن همام بن منبه قال هذا ما حدثنا أبو هريرة عن رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم فذکر أحاديث منها وقال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم يضحک الله لرجلين يقتل أحدهما الآخر کلاهما يدخل الجنة قالوا کيف يا رسول الله قال يقتل هذا فيلج الجنة ثم يتوب الله علی الآخر فيهديه إلی الإسلام ثم يجاهد في سبيل الله فيستشهد

 محمد بن رافع، عبدالرزاق، معمر، ہمام بن منبہ، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی احادیث میں سے ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ دو آدمیوں کی وجہ سے ہنستا ہے کہ ان میں سے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کر دے اور دونوں جنت میں داخل ہو جائیں صحابہ نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہ کیسے ممکن ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا یہ شہید کیا گیا اس لئے جنت میں داخل ہوگا پھر اللہ دوسرے پر رحمت فرمائے گا اور اسے اسلام کی ہدایت عطا فرمائے گا پھر وہ اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کرتا ہوا شہید کردیا جائے۔

It has been reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: God laughs at the two men one of whom kills the other; both of them will enter Paradise. They (the Companions) said: How, Messenger of Allah? He said: One is slain (in the way of Allah) and enters Paradise. Then God forgives the other and guides him to Islam; then he fights in the way of Allah and dies a martyr.
