Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah.

Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

Narrated 'Aisha (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be pleased with her)

Whenever Allah's Apostle (May Peace, blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be on him) became sick, he would recite Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) and then blow his breath over his body. When he became seriously ill, I used to recite (these two Suras) and rub his hands over his body hoping for its blessings.

Sahih Bukhari:Volume 6, Book 61, Number 535
