ام ہانی بنت ابی طالب سے مروی ہے کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ میرے پاس سے گزرے تو میں نے کہا: اے اللہ کے رسول! میں بوڑھی اور کمزور ہو چکی ہوں، مجھے کوئی عمل بتایئے جو میں بیٹھے بیٹھے کر سکوں۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: سو مرتبہ سبحان اللہ کہو، یہ تمہارے لئے اولاد اسماعیل سے سو
گرد نیں آزاد کرنے کے برابر ہے۔ اور سو مرتبہ الحمدللہ کہو، یہ تمہارے لئے سو عدد زین اور لگام پہنائے ہوئے( تیار شدہ)گھوڑوں کے برابر ہوگاجو تم اللہ کے راستے میں دو۔ اور سو مرتبہ اللہ اکبر کہو، یہ تمہارے لئے نکیل ڈالی ہوئی مقبول اونٹنیوں کے برابر ہوگا۔ سو مرتبہ لا الہ الا اللہ کہو۔ ابن خلف
نے کہا: میرے خیال میں آپﷺ نے فرمایا: یہ آسمان و زمین کو بھر دے گا، اس دن کسی شخص کا عمل اتنا بلند نہیں ہو گا سوائے اس شخص کے جو اس طرح کہے

✦ उम्म हानि रदी अल्लाहु अन्हा से रियावत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम मेरे पास से गुज़रे तो मैने कहा या रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम मैं बूढ़ी और कमज़ोर हो चुकी हूँ , मुझे कोई अमल बताईए जो मैं बैठे बैठे कर सकु,
आप सल-अल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम ने फरमाया 100 बार सुबहान अल्लाह कहो ये तुम्हारे लिए ईस्माईल अलैही सलाम की औलाद से 100 गर्दनें (गुलाम) आज़ाद करने के बराबर है,और 100 बार अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह कहो ये तुम्हारे लिए 100 ज़ेन और लगाम पहने हुए (तय्यार शुदा) घोड़े के बरबर होगा जो तुम अल्लाह सुबहानहु के रास्ते में दो,और 100 बार अल्लाहू अकबर कहो ये तुम्हारे लिए नकेल डाली मक़बूल ऊंटनियो के बराबर होगा,
और 100 बार ला इलाहा ईलअल्लाह कहो इब्न खलफ ने कहा: मेरे ख़याल में आप सल-अल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम ने फरमाया ये आसमान और ज़मीन को भर देगा ,उस दिन किसी शख्स का आमाल इतना बुलंद नही होगा सिवाए उस शख्स के जो उसी तरह करे

✦ A very easy and beneficial deeds for the older and weaker people

✦ Narrated by Umm Hani bint Abu-Talib that she said: The Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam passed by me, so I said: I got older and weaker, or as she said, so command me of an act which I shall perform while sitting. He Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said: Make Tasbih (SubhanAlah) 100 times, for it is tantamount to freeing a 100 slave among the sons of Ismail, And make Tahmid (Alhamdulillah) 100 times, for it is worth a 100 saddled and bridled horses upon which you carry (equipments and people) in the cause of Allah, And make Takbir (Allahu Akbar) 100 times, for its equivalent to a 100 adorned accepted camels (given in charity for the sake of Allah), And make Tahlil )La ilha ilAllah) 100 times. Ibn Khalaf (the one who narrates on the authority of `Asim) I think he said: It fills in between the heaven and earth, and no one can do better than that except one who does the same as you do))
