Please save all images in your system , right click on image => save image as , By doing this you can save all images in your system , Do one thing make 1 folder with name Islamic Folder or Islamic Images and save all images in it so you can read all stuff any time.
If you open this email in office , may be you will find blank email why because due to privacy policy of organization images would not opened , so don't delete email , if you receive email on your office id then forward this email to your personal account and open it from your home.
