حدثنا أبو بکر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا أسود بن عامر حدثنا عمارة بن زاذان حدثنا علي بن الحکم حدثنا عطا عن أبي هريرة أن النبي صلی الله عليه وسلم قال ما من رجل يحفظ علما فيکتمه إلا أتي به يوم القيامة ملجما بلجام من النار قال أبو الحسن أي القطان وحدثنا أبو حاتم حدثنا أبو الوليد حدثنا عمارة بن زاذان فذکر نحوه

ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ، اسود بن عامر، عمارہ بن زاذان، علی بن حکم، عطاء، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں جس شخص کے پاس کوئی علم محفوظ ہو اور وہ اسے چھپائے رکھے قیامت کے دن اسے دوزخی آگ کی لگام ڈال کر لایا جائے گا۔ دوسری سند سے بھی (بعینہ) اسی طرح کی روایت ہے۔
It wa narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet P.B.U.H said:There is no man who memorizes knowledge then conceals it, but he will be brought forth on the Day of Resurrection bridled with reins of fire," (Hasan) Another chain with similar wording.
Sunan Ibne Maja, Volume 1, Hadith 261

موسی بن اسماعیل، حماد علی بن حکم، عطاء، ابوہریرہ حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے ان روایات کرتے ہیں آپ نے فرمایا کہ جس شخص سے کسی علم کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا اور اس نے باوجود علم کے اسے چھپایا اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت میں آگ کی لگام ڈالیں گے۔
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who is asked something he knows and conceals it will have a bridle of fire put on him on the Day of Resurrection.

حدثنا أحمد بن بديل بن قريش اليامي الکوفي حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير عن عمارة بن زاذان عن علي بن الحکم عن عطا عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم من سل عن علم علمه ثم کتمه ألجم يوم القيامة بلجام من نار وفي الباب عن جابر وعبد الله بن عمرو قال أبو عيسی حديث أبي هريرة حديث حسن

احمد بن بدیل بن قریش یامی کوفی، عبداللہ بن نمیر، عمارة بن زاذان، علی بن حکم، عطاء، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس شخص سے ایسا سوال کیا گیا کہ وہ جانتا ہے اور اس نے اسے چھپایا تو قیامت کے دن اسے آگ کی لگام ڈالی جائے گی۔ اس باب میں حضرت جابر اور عبداللہ بن عمر سے بھی احادیث منقول ہیں۔ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی حدیث حسن ہے۔
Sayyidina Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "If anyone is asked about a knowledge that he knows but conceals then, on the Day of Resurrection, he will be restrained with reins of fire."
