"Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;"   [112:1]

 

The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said:

 

"Followers of the Qur'an, observe (devotions) an odd number of times, for Allah is Indivisible and loves that which is indivisible."  [Sunan al-Tirmidhī (453), Sunan Abī Dāwūd (1416), Sunan al-Nasā'ī (1675), and Sunan Ibn Mājah (1169)]
