Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."Saih Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 62, Number 4Hadith - 2Narrated Abu Huraira (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be pleased with the him)I heard Allah's Apostle (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be on him) saying, "If there was a river at the door of anyone of you and he took a bath in it five times a day would you notice any dirt on him?" They said, "Not a trace of dirt would be left."
