Hadith - 1
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be pleased with him)
The Prophet (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be on him) said, "The one who takes back his gift is like a dog swallowing its own vomit, and we (believers) should not act according to this bad example."

Hadith - 2
Narrated 'Abdullah (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be pleased with him)
We were with the Prophet (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be on him) while we were young and had no wealth whatever. So Allah's Apostle (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala be on him) said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."
