I am forwarding it to you so as to get a feel how one cope with long Canadian cold winter. They celebrate observing winter carnival creating Ice Scuptures in the Month of February, coldest month in Quebec. This carnival is held in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Enjoy it.
