حدثنا الحسن بن علي حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن المقر حدثنا سعيد يعني ابن أبي أيوب عن بکر بن عمرو عن مسلم بن يسار أبي عثمان عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم من أفتی

سنن ابوداؤد:جلد سوم:حدیث نمبر 264    حدیث مرفوع  مکررات 4 

 حسن بن علی، ابوعبدالرحمن، سعید ابن ابی ایوب بکر بن عمر، مسلم بن یسار، ابوعثمان حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت فرماتے ہیں کہ جس شخص نے بغیر علم کے (غلط) فتوی دیا تو اس پر عمل کرنے والے کا گناہ بھی فتوی دینے والے پر ہوگا۔

حدثنا أبو بکر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا عبد الله بن يزيد عن سعيد بن أبي أيوب حدثني أبو هان حميد بن هان الخولاني عن أبي عثمان مسلم بن يسار عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم من أفتي بفتيا غير ثبت فإنما إثمه علی من أفتاه

 ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ، عبداللہ بن یزید ، سعید بن ابی ایوب، ابوہانی حمید بن ہانی خولانی، ابوعثمان مسلم بن یسار، حضرت ابوہریرہ سے مروی ہے کہ جناب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو بغیر ثبوت کے فتوی دیا جائے اس کا گناہ اس پر جس نے فتوی دیا۔

 It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah s.a.w.w said: 'Whoever is given a Fatwa (verdict) that has no basis, then his sin will be upon the one who issued that Fatwa." (Hasan)
